When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Imurse for IMURSE. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with IMURSE. Imurse reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Imurse also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.

Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Your wireless provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Imurse again, just sign up as you did the first time and Imurse will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at ohana@imurse.io. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

• Payment is due on the designated billing date each month.
• Failure to pay membership fees may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

4. Termination of Membership:

• Imurse reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these Terms, misconduct, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Imurse.
• If your membership is terminated or suspended, you will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fees already paid.

5. Code of Conduct:

• As a member of Imurse, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
• You agree to comply with all club rules, policies, and guidelines provided by Imurse.
• Harassment, discrimination, or any other form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.

6. Privacy Policy:

• By becoming a member, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability Waiver:

• Participation in activities involving the aerial rig, stage, or loft spaces carries inherent risks of injury.
• Users of the aerial rig acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to use the equipment responsibly and at their own risk.
• Imurse and its affiliates cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the aerial rig.
• Performing on elevated stages or in lofted areas poses potential risks, including the risk of falling or tripping.
• Performers agree to exercise caution and ensure their own safety during performances.
• Imurse and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from performances on our stage or loft areas.
• By participating in these activities, members release and hold harmless Imurse, its organizers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their participation.
• Members are encouraged to prioritize their safety and report any safety concerns or hazards to Imurse staff immediately.

8. Respect for Neighbors and Quiet Hours:

• Members of Imurse are expected to be considerate of our neighbors and respect the surrounding businesses and residents, particularly during late hours.
• This includes keeping noise levels to a minimum in our artist lofts and common areas, especially during evening hours.
• We encourage all members to be mindful of noise levels, refrain from disruptive behavior, and maintain a respectful atmosphere within our shared spaces.
• Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership.
• By becoming a member of Imurse, you agree to uphold these standards of respect and cooperation, ensuring a harmonious relationship with our neighbors and contributing to a positive community environment.

9. Amendments to Terms:

• Imurse reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying members via email.
